Booking a Transportation

You can make a booking at any time leading up to the pick-up date. Nevertheless, to guarantee transportation availability, we recommend scheduling your booking at least 24 hours prior to your travel.
All our transportation charges are based on per vehicle, not per passenger.
Payment can be made in cash to the driver in Singapore Dollars. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.
Sure, please note that each additional pick-up or drop-off will incur an additional charge of SGD10.
You have the option to modify your travel plan up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. Please note that the acceptance of the revision is subject to driver availability.
No, there is no requirement for a booking payment. You can make the full payment to the driver during the pick-up.
Traveling With Us
Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name on it. Additionally, your driver will have your contact details and may reach out to you.
The travel time from Singapore to Johor Bahru typically takes about 2 hours, subject to traffic conditions.
You will receive your driver’s details via WhatsApp by 9:00 PM on the evening before your travel date.
We typically do not impose a surcharge if you provide us with your flight information during the booking. This allows us to estimate your arrival time and monitor the flight schedule for any potential delays or cancellations.
We offer transfer services from Singapore to various locations across Malaysia, not limited to Johor Bahru. You can explore all the available destinations on our website.
All rates are clearly listed on our website, and there are no additional charges once your booking is confirmed, unless you request a change of your destination point during the travel.
Our transportation fleet consists of Toyota Innova, Toyota Alphard / Vellfire, and Hyundai Starex. Each transport model has different rates, which you can find in our website’s price list table or contact us for more detailed information.
We do not impose any cancellation fees, but we would appreciate it if you could inform us at least 48 hours before your travel date in case of cancellations.
No, passengers are required to remain in the car for the entire journey during border crossings.
Yes, you are permitted to eat and drink in the car during the journey, as long as you maintain cleanliness at all times.
Yes, all passengers are covered by vehicle insurance to ensure your safety.
